Competency Codes

This screen is used to add competency codes. Once the competency codes have been added, they can be assigned to levels and then to an employee.

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

  • The Competency Code can not be changed once created, the code must be deleted and re-entered

  • Competency Code requires 15 characters or less.

Field Information

ClosedCode*

This field displays a 15-character code that represents the competency.

ClosedDescription*

This field displays the description of the competency.

ClosedComment

This field displays comments about the competency.
